Update on the Samura Kamara trial*
The trial started today with Defense Counsel for Samuara Kamara, Ady Macauley Esq., continuing with cross examination of ACC prosecution witness No1, James Bockarie Noah, who is also the Chief of Investigation at the ACC.
Ady Macauley Esq. Threw the opening salvo by asking PW1 if he brought the Note Verbal which Alie Kaba instructed the then DG of Foreign Affairs, Paul Minah, to send to the Chinese Govt instructing them to pay 
the $1,000,000 they are donating to the GOSL for the renovation of the New York Chancery building into the account of a private Company, ETIC SARL Ltd. PW1 – initially wanted to deny until Ady Macauley tendered in Court Alie Kaba’s Statement where he admitted to have given instructions as foreign Minister to Paul Minah to pay the money into the Private Account.

AMBASSADOR ALLIE KABBA : WHY DID HE KEEP CHANCERY RENOVATION FUNDS IN PRIVATE COMPANY IN WHICH HE HELD SHARES ?
Ady Macauley Esq. further a challenged the ACC witness that their investigations revealed Sharholders of ETIC SARL Ltd were Alie Kaba’s relatives. The ACC Witness again denied that was the case, Ady Macauley Esq. again pointed the ACC Witness to Alie Kaba’s Statement where he admitted that Abduoul Raman Kaba and Musa Kamara were his relative. The ACC witness reluctantly accepted again that that the Sharesholder of ETIC SARL Ltd were Alie Kaba’s relatives.
Through the mastery of his Cross Examination; Ady Macauley Esq. Was able to show that ETIC SARL Ltd was only incorporated few days before the Chinese Govt paid the $1,000,000 into its account. The Company was only setup as a vehicle to receive the funds donated by China 
.
.The ACC investigator also admitted during patient but lengthy cross examination by Ady Macauley Esq. that Samuara Kamara did not:
Submit for approval any payment to New York Chancery account for the renovations Approve any payment to the New York Chancery Account. Sign any documents for the transfer of Any amount to Newyork Chancery AccountThe Witness accepted that during the tenure of Samuara Kamara as Foreign only $1,000,000 was approved and transferred by the minister of Finance and the Financial Secretary to New York Chancery Account. He further accepted that all the other payments and transfers to Newyork were made when Samuara Kamara was no longer the Minister of Finance.
It has become clear that the ACC’s case against Samuara Kamara is full weak and falling apart like a sack of Potatoes
