One of the brightest ,well- trained and highly experienced female police officers in Sierra Leone, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mrs . Mira Yainkain Dumbuya , has resigned.
This is a major blow to female empowerment in the country ,given the circumstances under which she resigned.
