Socialite and political activist, Mr. Alex Mansaray, who passed away on May 3, last year as a result of Covid-19, will be memorialized on Saturday May 8, 2021 as part of the first anniversary of his sad passing.
Mr. Mansaray, a very popular figure in the U.S and Sierra Leone, was the architect behind the revival of the All People’s Congress ( APC) in the U.S. and the formation of APC-New Jersey in the late 1990s . He was also one of the heroes of the 2007 elections won by the APC.
Alex was also a key member of the U.S Republican Party in New Jersey and he ran the part’s community radio in Somerset. He was also a top executive of COCORIOKO newspaper.
He has been sadly missed.
