Has embattled President Bio brought Burkina Faso mercenaries to Sierra Leone ? SLPP Government clarifies

The social media is seething with rumours that the Maada Bio SLPP Government has brought mercenaries from Burkina Faso to help it fight, if the forthcoming elections flare into a massive chaos as feared, if President Bio rigs the elections.

Already, there are plans by some Sierra Leoneans to stage a sit-home protest on June 12 and then a demonstration on June 13, to protest against the failure of the Elections  Commission of Sierra Leone ( ECSL) to publish aggregated data of voters by polling stations and to change the substandard voter ID  cards.

The Government is clarifying , however, that there are no Burkinabe mercenaries in Sierra Leone.
