*Wicked People, Where Is Your Conscience?*

I’ve seen many Sierra Leoneans openly expressing delight over the possible deportation of their compatriots from the United States of America, basing their delight on both political affiliations and the negative attitudes of the would-be deportees.
This reminds me of the late Pa Kabbah’s statement that Salon man gets “badheart.”
I strongly believe that whether the people to be deported are APC, SLPP, or have negative attitudes towards other Sierra Leoneans, some or all of them have families in Sierra Leone who look up to them for assistance in various ways.
Those who are provoking the deportees, asking them to go back to help build Sierra Leone, would not voluntarily go back to rebuild the country themselves.
Sometimes, when an event happens, one may be surprised by the level of wickedness and bad behavior Sierra Leoneans show to each other.
I have not seen citizens of other countries celebrating the possible deportations of their compatriots.
Apparently, many Sierra Leoneans have incorporated too much hate and toxicity into the politics of the country to the extent that people will gloat over the possible deportation of hundreds of their compatriots.
Mark you, those to be deported would not be deported because of their political affiliations or creeds, but because they went to that country to better their lives and unfortunately couldn’t get their stay.
For those who involved themselves in criminal activities, I would not say much about them as mostly they have themselves to blame.
This bad-hearted mentality is terribly terrible.
I rest my case.
