We hope you are all doing great. We wanted to share a recap of the 2025 APC-USA Summit that was held in New Jersey on May 31st.

This event was truly historic and classical, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who attended.

The summit was broken down into three key segments, starting on *May 30th* with an exciting and dramatic meet and greet. This initial gathering set the stage for the main events that followed, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and anticipation.

On *May 31st,* the summit continued with the adoption of the bylaws, which serve as our operational guidelines. This important milestone was achieved after a thorough and deliberation session by the members present, culminating in a vote where *99.9 percent were in favor.* The bylaws were finally adopted at *12:19 AM on June 1st* , marking a significant achievement for our organization.

In addition to the adoption of the bylaws, we also had the inauguration of three chapters, ( *Boston, New England, and Carolinas)* which is a testament to the growth and expansion of our community. The day was filled with enthusiasm and pride as we welcomed these chapters into our fold. The three chapters inauguration were due to programs loaded in branch last year.

The summit also featured an award ceremony to recognize the outstanding contributions of the District executive. Thanks to the executive for recognizing and us, the public radiation officers ( *Samuel Kargbo and Sanpha Sesay)* who are the major controbutors to the success of this summit.

This was a moment of celebration and appreciation for their hard work and dedication, followed by a lively party that brought everyone together in a spirit of joy and unity.

Overall, the 2025 APC-USA Summit was a remarkable event that showcased our commitment to growth, excellence, and community. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this summit a success, and I look forward to many more achievements together in the future.
