*Hon. Chericoco Hands Over Office as Deputy Leader of the APC Party*

In line with the provisions set out in Article 47 of the All Peoples Congress 2022 Constitution, Honourable Chernor Ramadan Maju Bah (Chericoco) has today, 10th October 2024 officially handed over his office as Deputy Leader of the All Peoples Congress Party.
The handing-over ceremony marks the end of Hon. Chericoco’s tenure as Deputy Leader of the All Peoples Congress Party.
Receiving the keys as the Secretary-General of the All Peoples Congress Party, in the presence of the National Chairman, Hon. Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray; Deputy Chairman, Amb. Osman Foday Yansaneh; National Publicity Secretary, Sidi Yayah Tunis; Deputy Organising Secretary, Chernor C.S. Kamara; and other senior NAC members, Lawyer Lansana Dumbuya expressed gratitude to Hon. Chericoco for his service and contributions to the APC Party.
In his farewell address, Hon. Chericoco thanked the APC Leadership and the entire membership for the opportunity given to him to serve the APC Party. He expressed his willingness to continue serving the APC Party in any capacity or assignment given to him.
Hon. Chericoco has been a respected figure within the APC Party and Sierra Leone, as a three-time Member of Parliament and a two-time running mate to Dr. Samura Kamara.
In another related development, Hon. Chericoco also attended the start of a two-day National Women’s Congress Conference at the APC Headquarters, together with Dr. Samura Kamara, Chairman Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray, Amb. Osman Foday Yansaneh, Lawyer Lansana Dumbuya, Sidi Yayah Tunis, Hon. Abdul Kargbo, and other prominent APC stakeholders.
