In his introduction speech, the Secretary General of the APC-Belgium district, Comrade Ibrahim Kabbah, thanked the Organizing secretary, Comrade Osman Dainkeh, for holding this meeting because of your hard work and determination that we are trying as a party to take over governance in 2028, he told the sunny members in the hall. However, he welcomed both old and new members, and he further outlined the two main purposes of the meeting;
1. To put the APC Belgium district leadership right.
2. To pursue justice and peace for all…
Comrade Osman Dainkeh, commenced a prayer for the founding member of the APC Belgium district, blessed memory late Comrade Chernoh Ojuku Sesay, and other members. Making his own statement; he single-handedly took the responsibility for not having such meeting for the past years, which was due to some issues after losing the 2018 elections, but he further reassured members that, from now onwards they are trying as an executive body to introduce an annual calendar, which in every three months they will organize such gathering, and find a fundraising date to invite the rest of the diaspora and members back home to come and participate to strengthen the district more…
Meanwhile, the women’s leader, Comrade M’balu Dumbuyah, expresses her heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the great turnout of this gathering…
While responding to a sensitive contribution made by a senior member, Comrade Musa Kamara. An APC Veteran, He said there are lots of negative anticipations of the forthcoming party conference but however expressed optimism that the APC convention will be conducted on safe grounds and that its members will come out as a united family with stronger determination to win the 2028 elections with an outstanding victory. An APC Party veteran vowed!
Comrade Bakarr King Conteh, in his capacity as Chairman of the All People’s Congress Party Belgium district, yesterday Sunday 16th November, 2025. That APC winning the next general elections would be crucial for our nation, because the APC Party is the only HOPE currently for our country Sierra Leone, after God Almighty. Upon welcoming new members, Chairman Conteh, thanked his predecessor, who was present, and his current executive members for what he described as a “Family gathering” to discuss, ask critical questions, and give suggestions to move forward in peace and harmony. Meanwhile, he calls on both old and new members; to register and commit to pay their monthly dues, in order to strengthen the headquarter back home and the Belgium district as well. He went further to explain in detail to the new members how to become an APC Belgium district member, and the APC Party is governed by the constitution, which the headquartered is in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
Inclusion, Chairman Conteh, however cautioned members about two prong challenges ahead – the transition challenge and the drug epidemic in our country which he entreated all to face those challenges with courage and endurance.
