Trouble is brewing between the opposition All People’s Congress ( APC) and the Elections Commission of Sierra Leone ( ECSL) . The ECSL has to date failed to produce names of voters for every polling station as is the procedure.
Additionally, complaints continue about the mediocre and substandard voter identification cards produced by the ECSL.
