There was more elections confusion in Sierra Leone yesterday . With provisional results showing victory for the All People’s Congress ( APC ) candidate, the council election at Ward 196, Tonko Limba Chiefdom, Kambia District, was cancelled yesterday by the controversial Chairman of the National Elections Commission ( NEC ), Mr. Mohamed N’fa Allie Conteh.
We present below the statement on the cancellation , released by the NEC Chairman, who was accused of rigging the 2018 Presidential Elections, on behalf of the Sierra Leone People’s Party ( SLPP).
