Recently, Lawyer Charles Margai wrote the Government, through the Attorney General, Hon. Frank Kargbo, complaining that President Ernest Koroma does not have the power to extend the State of Health Emergency and that only Parliament has the power to do so.
Below is a response to Mr. Margai by the Attorney General, who does not only believe that the learned lawyer is wrong but made fun of him for his apparent ignorance .
