President Bio expunged the draconian Criminal Libel Law from the 1965 Public Order Act but his government then introduced vigilante action by bloody SLPP supporters for expressing your opinion against the government .
The youth in this photo has been beaten up and brutalized many times by SLPP supporters because he is very outspoken, despite his mental imbalance . He roams the streets in rags but he must have been s very intelligent young man when he was normal because he makes cogent and incisive political analyses during public arguments with other youths about the state of the country under President Maada Bio.
