APC Counsel and former Justice Minister Joseph Fitzgerald Kamara has tendered an apology that has been accepted by the Chief Justice, resulting in the dismissal of his contempt case. In offering his apology, JFK acknowledged that his actions had caused a distraction, prompting him to retract his words and express remorse from the heart. The Chief Justice has also cautioned lawyers to approach the case with the gravity it warrants.
