As the Injustice Continue..
The Judge in the State vs Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray matter, Justice Samuel O. Taylor has illegally closed his case today. Apparently Kamarainba has been been sick for the past few months. Two (2) additional medical doctors from the Ministry of Health, came to Pademba Road prison in September 2021 this year and completed another medical evaluation on Kamarainba. The medical evaluation indicated that Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray is very sick and needs medical attention. A total of six (6) medical doctors have already seen, evaluated and ascertained Kamarainba’s deteriorating health condition this year.
The matter came up today Tuesday 16th November 2021. The prison medical doctor submitted a medical report as to why Kamarainba could not attend court today.
The Chief Justice Desmond Babatunde Edwards has instructed the Judge, Justice Samuel O. Taylor to convict Kamarainba even without evidence. This information was leaked by a close confidant of the Chief Justice.
As you can recalled, a bail was granted to Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray on 7th September 2021. The Chief Justice Desmond Babatunde Edwards instructed the Master and Registrar Elaine Thomas-Archibald NOT to approve the bail eventhough Kamarainba Mansaray has met all the bail conditions.
The Chief Justice Desmond Babatunde Edwards continue to reduce the Judiciary of Sierra Leone to ridicule and national disgrace.
The Judge openly stated that he doesn’t want to hear from any doctor or see any medical reports for Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray in his court.
