One of Africa’s preeminent legal giants, Dr. Abdulai Osman Conteh , passed away in Sierra Leone early today after a brief illness. He was 79.
Dr. Abdulai Conteh served Sierra Leone as Foreign Minister and Vice- Ptesident and was also Chief Justice of the Caribbean nation of Belize.
