Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Tel Aviv is “preparing for the next stages of the war,” vowing not to stop until “we achieve all our victory goals.”
His remarks were made in a speech he delivered before the Knesset plenum yesterday evening, which was held after 40 Knesset members (out of 120) signed a summons for Netanyahu in a session to discuss the formation of an official investigations committee into the events of 7 October 2023.
Netanyahu said at the start of his speech: “We are preparing for the next stages of the war—on seven fronts.”
“We will not stop until we achieve total victory — returning all our hostages, destroying Hamas’ military and governing power and ensuring Gaza is no longer a threat to Israel.”
Netanyahu boasted that Israel recovered some of its captives as part of the deals with Hamas, saying that some did not believe Israel would recover even one.

EGYPT CONDEMNS HALT OF HUMANITARIAN AID TO GAZA
The EGYPT TODAY MAGAZINE REPORTS :
Egypt condemned the decision of the Israeli government to halt the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip and to close the crossings used for humanitarian relief efforts.
In a statement, Egypt affirmed that these measures constitute a blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement, international humanitarian law, the Fourth Geneva Convention, and all religious principles.
Egypt emphasized that no justification, circumstance, or rationale permits the use of starvation and siege against innocent civilians, especially during the month of Ramadan, as a weapon against the Palestinian people.
Egypt called on the international community to assume its responsibilities in stopping all illegal and inhumane practices that target civilians and to condemn attempts to achieve political objectives by endangering the lives of innocent people.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office announced that aid entering Gaza will cease immediately as the first phase of the Israeli-Hamas ceasefire agreement expired at midnight on Saturday.
Furthermore, Tel Aviv has approved a temporary extension of the ceasefire agreement with Hamas in Gaza for additional six weeks, coinciding with the Muslim holy month of Ramadan and Jewish Pesach holiday.
