The Sierra Leone People’s Party ( SLPP ) just would not get it right. They just do not want to do the right thing. Yesterday, the Elections Commission of Sierra Leone conducted early voting for pilgrims going to the Hajj in Mecca and soldiers of the Republic of Sierra Leone Military Forces who will be on duty on elections day on June 24.
Just as feared by Sierra Leoneans, the whole process was screwed up and flawed.
The opposition All People’s Congress ( APC ), the National Elections Watch ( NEW ) and members of the public have raised eyebrows at the whole process.
Give hajji pilgrims scholarships in exchange for votes . You must snap the ballot paper to prove you vote for Bio before your passport and ticket will be handed over to you .
Selling their destiny for another five years to the corrupt regime . Is this democracy ??
The Junta SLPP party’s card carriers Commissioners (Mohaked Konneh and others) in the Electoral Commission for Sierra Leone (ECSL) said the Ballot Papers will arrive in Sierra Leone on June 17th. 2023. But they are conducting early voting for Pilgrims going to Mecca, Saudi Arabia today, June 15th. 2023. Where did ECSL get those ballot papers from?
This is just another strategy of the ECSL’s SLPP party card carriers commissioners to rig June 24th. 2023 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.
Maada Bio and his kamajors think we are fools. If Maada Bio and his SLPP party stalwarts in the ECSL try any foolishness, they will face stiff resistance from the people of Sierra Leone.
