Appeal to the people of Guinea

Guineans and Guineans,
Fellow compatriots,
As you know, no act committed by this illegal and illegitimate regime would have any value in your eyes.
I therefore call on all the people of Guinea, not to be abused by the alleged constitutional referendum announced by this illegal power. This masquerade doesn’t concern you near or far.

That’s why, on September 21, everyone stays home.
By refusing to serve as bail for this masquerade, please remind the face of the world that since September 5, 2021 Guinea has been held hostage by a group of individuals who in violence and blood have disrupted our democratic walk towards progress and development.

On this dark day in our history, many patriotic soldiers, true to their oath and to the Constitution, were coldly murdered while defending the Republican order.
These trellis looters, with no governance experience, no sense of patriotic duty or moral responsibility, have plunged our nation into an unprecedented catastrophic situation.

Their improvised management and greed have aggravated economic misery, destroyed the social fabric and isolated Guinea on the stage
international.

Despite the severity of this disaster, this junta, without faith or law, refrains from confiscating the sovereignty of the people for the benefit of its mafia interests, at the expense of the legitimate aspirations of Guineans and Guineans in return to
constitutional order.

Guineans and Guineans,
Today more than ever, Guinea calls on all its daughters and sons to stand united, dignified and mobilized against the confiscation of our sovereignty and against the plunder of our nation’s future.

We reaffirm our firm resolve to continue the struggle for the restoration of the unconstitutional order, interrupted on September 5, 2021, of democracy and the rule of law.

Let us say together no to this illegal and illegitimate power, and affirm loud and loud our commitment to the restoration of the Republic and democracy.

Long live Guinea!
Long live the Republic!
Pr Alpha Condé
President of the Republic
