Mrs. Vicky Pat-Sowe, the wife of Sierra Leone’s Fisheries and Marine Resources Minister, Hon. Allieu Pat-Sowe , passed away this morning at the Choitram’s Hospital in Freetown.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
