Fatima Bio Cried Over the Weekend as Fatmata Sawaneh’s Ladies Reign Supreme in Kailahun

The First Lady Fatima Bio shed tears in Kailahun over the weekend thanks to Fatmata Sawaneh’s SLPP supporters who cut Fatima’s wing down to size.
The arrogant, corrupt, and power-hungry First Lady Fatima Jabbe Bio reportedly cried in her vehicle after the majority of the SLPP Women’s Wing that supported Fatmata Sawaneh humiliated Fatima Bio during the Kailahun conference where the election of the President of the SLPP National Women’s Wing was slated to take place. It was the crying baby and humiliation of Fatima Jabbe Bio that grabbed the headlines in Kailahun District. Reports have confirmed that the First Lady was seen shedding tears in her vehicle and it all happened after her husband President Julius Maada Bio had left the conference even though he went to Kailahun to observe the election of the SLPP National Women’s Wing leader. In actual fact, President Bio was there primarily to support Fatima Bio’s candidate called Josephine Jackson aka Jojo against the popular and incumbent Fatmata Sawaneh. Fatima Bio’s agenda had apparently divided the SLPP women after she unilaterally formed the Julius Maada Bio JMB Women’s Wing ostensibly to rival the real SLPP National Women’s Wing headed by Mrs Fatmata Sawaneh.
The beleaguered President Bio is reported to have dated Fatmata Sawaneh a long time ago before the First Lady Fatima Bio came into the love nest and as the adage says ‘Old Firewood is Easy to Catch Fire’ Fatima Bio has always felt unsettled and jittery whenever she sees her love rival Fatmata Sawaneh in the horizon. As a consequence, Fatima Jabbe Bio hatched and plotted to overthrow Fatmata Sawaneh from her thrown as President of the SLPP Women’s Wing. The initial plans failed woefully but the determined and callous Fatima Bio continued her evil ploy and in the end, formed the JMB Women’s Wing to rival Fatmata Sawaneh. But Fatima Jabbe Bio’s arrogance and usurpation of power in the SLPP Women did more damage than good as the current state of affairs has shown. Bad blood, divisive politics have overwhelmed the SLPP women because of Fatima Bio’s Lady Macbeth’s style who used her position and her stolen finances to bribe a cross-section of the SLPP women to join her JMB Wings. Little did Fatima Jabbe Bio realise that most of the SLPP women had cooked for her downfall as they waited for her in Kailahun where they struck big time forcing the sly Fatima Bio to leave the hall and start sobbing uncontrollably in her vehicle. Fatmata Sawaneh had won the battle even though the election to elect the leader of the SLPP Women’s Wing was cancelled.
The commotion that emanated from Kailahun in the eastern province has exhibited glaring disunity within the ruling SLPP party. Most SLPP party members and supporters are fed up with the divisive politics the First Lady had brought in their beloved ‘One People, One Country’ SLPP party. And true to their words, they showed Fatima Jabbe the exit door. They reminded her that she was never voted for but is merely married to the President, nothing more and nothing less. The ongoing division in the women’s wing of the SLPP party is good news for the opposition parties because, without the Women’s Wing, President Bio would have lost the 2018 elections. Women are the Backbone of SLPP

This was a Fatima Bio versus Fatmata Sawaneh election. Hawa Foray was merely a tool Fatima Bio thought she could use to unseat Fatmata Sawaneh. Fatima Bio thought she could use her money and power to achieve this objective. She failed. If Fatmata Sawaneh was not a strong woman Fatima Bio would have gotten away with it. Fatmata Sawaneh has been in SLPP long enough to know how elections are rigged in the party. She knew that the fact that Umaru Napoleon Koroma and Prince Alex Harding refused to disclose the delegate list meant they too had been co-opted by Fatima Bio’s spell to affect the rigging. The only reason why Fatima Bio stayed in the hall and did not leave when Maada Bio left is that she thought they had a foolproof rigging plan and she wanted to make sure it’s executed. Much to their surprise, Fatmata Sawaneh’s support was too massive. The majority of SLPP Women were firmly behind her. They had had enough of Fatima Bio’s meddling. President Bio, what you have not been able to do, i.e. to stop Fatima Bio in her track, we the SLPP Women have done it for you.
Thank you, my dear sisters. It is a well-known fact that women are the backbone of SLPP. Fatmata Sawaneh has demonstrated that fact. She cannot be bullied she cannot be cowered into submission. She cannot be bribed to walk away from the race. That ladies and gentlemen are precisely why she deserves to be their ‘Mammy Queen’. She is simply a LEGEND! Let’s sing with SLPP Women my people: Nor to you dae pick for we, na marade you marade o, sister. In English translation, it means ‘Fatima, you will not pick for us, you are only married to our President’.
