As a result of the present public health emergency, the Government of Sierra Leone through the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, hereby inform the general public that as part of efforts to combat the Ebola outbreak at constituency levels has released the Constituency Development Fund for financial year 2014 amounting to Le 7.8 billion (seven billion and eight hundred million Leones) to enable Honourable Members of Parliament provide oversight leadership and contribute to the fight against the Ebola Disease in their respective constituencies.
In additional, Honourable Paramount Chiefs and Members of Parliament will support the implementation of the Chiefdom bye-laws in collaboration with the Paramount Chiefs in the irrespective districts.
