In the five years of governing the Country, President Julius Maada Bio, Vice President Dr Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, Bank Governor Kelfala Marane Kallon (Prof) and the SLPP Political Community have embezzled over three billions of US dollars of Grants, Gifts, Loans, Trade Benefits and Development and Humanitarian Assistance to Sierra Leone by the World Bank, African Development Bank, the US, UK, EU, Canada, Japan and Australia.
2. President Julius Maada Bio, Vice President Dr Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, Bank Governor Kelfala Marane Kallon (Prof) and the SLPP Political Community have awarded government contracts, licenses for mining the Country’s natural resources and responsibilities for Lungi airport and other national entities without the knowledge of the people and Country. They have not provided document, award criteria, regulatory measures, and public explanation, clarity and instruction about the State of government dealings with both National and International Companies and Businesses. There are reasons to believe their closed door dealings with National and International Businesses on behalf of the Country may contain a stench of corruption, wire fraud, mail fraud, racketeering, abuse, commission, terror and obstruction.
3. President Julius Maada Bio, Vice President Dr Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, Bank Governor Kelfala Marane Kallon (Prof) and the SLPP Political Community must be held accountable in Court of Law for Hub and Conspiracy to defraud the People of Sierra Leone.
