President Dr Ernest Bai Koroma will today Thursday August 4 receive the 2015 performance results as well as sign 2016 performance contracts with Ministries, Departments and Agencies, Local Councils, Tertiary Institutions and State Owned Enterprises at a ceremony organized at the Bank Complex by the Performance Management and Service Delivery (PMSD) Directorate in the Office of Chief of Staff at State House.
The cardinal objectives of performance contracts are to “increase efficiency and productivity, ensure maximum yield to citizens, guarantee that performance and results link with stakeholders expectations and create global competitiveness for the country,” Abdul Rahman Sowa, Director of PMSD explains.
