In a well attended program of the executive, party loyalist, members and stakeholders of the APC in Bo district Comrade Sidi Yahya Tunis National Publicity Secretary of the APC calls for peace and unity.
He explained to them the current status of the draft constitution hoping that soon and very soon PPRC will complete the process of APC having it constitution which will allow the party to start it ward, constituencies, districts, regional elections leading to a national delegate conference where delegates will vote for their national officers and flag bearer respectively. We’ve all agreed that this time round we should vote through and through, so there’s no need writing fake and negative propagandas against your Comrades. Just do your campaigns the delegates will decide, he averred.
He reminded them that the only limitation on a person’s ability to succeed is his or her capacity to dream and cultivate the courage to set out after that dream and he believes the only dream for the APC stalwarts should be to gain power come 2023 and redeem the suffering masses from injustice, bad governance, and hardship. Our people are tired and fed up he continued.
If we are to protect our people and our votes in the south then the only plug to it peace and unity. Our people have exercised their patience waiting for us to give them a ready team for 2023 and I believe that can be achieved in no other time than now, he said.
I am in my resolve to defend the democracy of this country, tell Sierra Leoneans about what we’ve done during our tenure under the EBK Leadership and to continue my work for my party and nothing will district me. The great things in this party is not much where we are but in what direction we we are moving as a party he concluded.
