There was a big drama on the streets of Kenema last week when a supporter of the ruling Sierra Leone People’s Party ( SLPP ), clad in party colors and big , green hat and speaking through a megaphone, went around complaining against President Maada Bio and First Lady, Fatima Bio.
The man who described himself as Maada Salia Kanneh and said he was an ardent SLPP supporter claimed that he helped President Bio gain power in what many people said was through occult and fetish means because the man said that the president and wife have violated an oath. .
Mr. Kanneh went on to say that if Bio and wife did not go back to make ammends, it would affect the country seriously. He stated that he would not go into details but if people enquired from the Bios, they will tell them what happened.
Mr. Kanneh who stood in the town square making the allegations was later seen being trailed by a crowd of interested young children, youth and adults as he continued to make allegations loudly through the megaphone.
He accused President Bio and wife that they had committed a sin against the people and he did not care if he was arrested when he reveals it as long as the government gives him a trial.
The video was not conclusive and commentators on social media who described the man as President Bio’s juju man must have based it on statements further made by Mr. Kanneh, which were not caught by the video.

Maada Salia Kanneh* of SLPP is a true son of Kenema District, he made his public position about the office of the president and first lady as a result of Maada and Fatima Bio’s attitude in treating and handling the central treasury of Sierra Leone.*
Mr. Kanneh is a peaceful and gentle citizen who was so bold enough to make certain clarifications on how the president and first lady are conducting themselves in the *Republic of Sierra Leone*.
According to this honesty personality, he said “Maada and Fatima has caused problem that will affect the country and SLPP forever.
Kanneh further stated that, he is SLPP and nothing will stop him from not saying the truth about the unpatriotic actions of this two folks. This pronouncement was made in the central of *Kenema District Council.*So far, *Maada Bio* had failed the people, because of the difficulties we are experiencing in education, health, energy, water, hunger, starvation, infrastructure etc.
His dissatisfaction boils down to the Killings, incarcerations, opposition suppression etc. Their ambition is to generate personal income for themselves and family at the expense of majority. It is biblical that, when Adam and Eve committed sin, God took drastic action by asking them out from heaven.
Therefore, Bio family and generation requires repentance due to the damages that has been caused by both. Sierra Leoneans are not in a correct state of mind to even grant them harmesty, except the gate of *Hell* decide otherwise.Maada Salia Kanneh we are proud of you, for making your internal instict clear.Sierra Leoneans have decided to remove SLPP from office in 2023 on the basis of dishonesty and criminality.

The Kanneh family of Bomaru Town, Kailahun District wishes to inform the general public about a video clip making rounds on social media, in which a man calling himself Maada Salia Kanneh, made disrespectful and character assassinating statements against His Excellency president Julius Maada Bio, first Lady, Madam Fatima Bio and the SLPP government.
We wish to let the general public know that:1. Our family is not only 100%SLPP, but a decent Islamic family that is against all immoral behaviors, including disrespectful utterances against national leadership.2.the said man is not one of us.
His real identity is Momoh Jawoma who was given to Alhaji Momodu Kanneh in Bomaru town at a tender age for Qur’anic education in the early 90s. But when the family fled the rebel war to Vahun Liberia, Alhaji had to include Momoh Jawoma in his family list so he could equally benefit from the opportunities that accrued to the children of Alhaji Kanneh as chief imam in the refugee camp. Since then, Momoh started identifying himself with the Kanneh’s but he had to be disowned by the Kanneh family after he impregnated Alhaji’s second daughter at the age of 14 years.
He then ran away and made his way back to Sierra Leone.3. Momoh has been a very noisy supporter of the APC’s Karamoh Kabba until 2018 election when he started supporting SLPP but he has never been a registered member of the party.4. We the Kanneh family of Bomaru town Kailahun District want to assure the president, the first Lady and the entire SLPP family of our endless support for the party which we see as a family heritage.
We therefore stand with the SLPP chairman in Kenema to do proper investigation of this matter and bring all those behind this *fake* Kanneh’s behavior to book.
