The indefinite suspension of the Auditor General, Lara Taylor Pearce by HE Bio is not surprising at all.

What does the Bio government hiding from the public?

Is the Paopa administration scared of the release of another damning and heart-wrenching audit reports which is due soon?

What is it that you don’t want us to know?

Bio is setting records. He has removed all those who had guaranteed tenure of office.

The only hope of Sierra Leoneans for transparency in the country has gone.

But we are watching.
The day of karma will come.

The sleazy government of president Bio is on the rack– desperately trying to cover up their financial mismanagement of the country’s meagre resources.

Why suspend the highly respected auditor general and her deputy weeks to the release of her report.

Sometimes early this year, president Bio’s then finance minister, tabled a bill in Parliament which was designed to stop the auditing of monies spent by the president on travels.

This sparked tremendous public backslash,which forced them to retract their plan.

Thus is the suspension of the auditor general another attempt by this sleazy government to prevent the true scale of their fiscal indiscipline and corruption coming out in the public domain as millions of dollars of unaccounted for public funds are expected to feature prominently in the yet to be publish audit report.

SierraLeone’s president couldn’t account for millions of dollars allegedly spent on travel and per diems. In one case, the president’s office presented several fake hotel receipts. State House doesn’t want these & other details in the audit report!!

The suspension of Lara Taylor and her Deputy, particularly at this crucial moment of history is like murdering an Israeli Supreme Court Judge who is determined to give final verdict for end of the occupation in the territory of Palestine, including the Gaza Strip. The soon to be released Auditor General’s Report is described by an insider as Hiroshima Bumb ready to detonate on paopa.
