The Usman Boie Kamara Foundation is saddened by the death of one of its trustees & chairman, Dr. Victor R. Willoughby.

The foundation joins the nation in conveying their sympathy to his family and friends.

A kind and patriotic man who gave so much and will be deeply missed by many.

Our thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.

May God reward him abundantly for all his good works and pardon him for his mistakes.

May his soul REST IN PERFECT PEACE
