Sam Sumana, the toddler who ate his birthday cake before the party

Just connecting the dots…

Pencils down – we all remember those dreaded words from school. When you heard them it means you were out of time. Sam Sumana you are out of time. Your hand is dangerously close to the flame.
Stop your ‘careless talk’. You have been peeing directly into the pristine pool of eliteness of our party hierarchy. You smell like desperation. You need discipline. You need gravitas. You are like a high schooler visiting college for a weekend.

You going around shouting about an issue so far above your head it had make your nose bleed. So it seems self-indulgent, petulant… like a tantrum from a child who’s just realized that the world can be a dark and unfair place. And the APC is a party that has an identity above and beyond the individuals who make it up – APC has a momentum of its own, which can continue to reproduce itself, despite the divergent trajectories of a few individuals.

A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers. So do not let arguments of political expediency persuade you. That is the slow road to oblivion. That is the tortured path to undoing step by step, bit by bit what our party has achieved.
