This morning at around 3am , formerย Army Chief,ย Lt. General S.O. Williams , wasย shot and killedย at his residence at Devil Hole, near Freetown, ย by unknown hoodlums. Police confirmed the incident to the media and said that they have launched a massive manhunt for the gangsters .
