*The Judiciary of Sierra Leone have shown it’s true colors by fooling the People of Sierra Leone with a fake bail for Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray*
As reported yesterday September 9th 2021, The Judiciary of Sierra Leone as mandated by the Judge for the Master and Registrar Elaine Thomas-Archibald to approve the bail for Kamarainba and co accused.Elaine Thomas -Archibald refused again today Friday 10th September 2021 to approve Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray’s bail with fictitious excuses in a Press Release dated Friday 10th September 2021 from her office.
As you can recall, Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray has fulfilled all his bail conditions as required by Justice Samuel O. Taylor.
Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray submitted his travel documents- passport to the Master and Registrar.
The Judiciary of Sierra Leone’S assumption of Kamarainba having another travel documents has further ridiculed the Judicial Branch of our country. How on earth would the Judiciary of Sierra Leone assume without bringing forth evidence to deny Kamarainba bail.? Where is the precedent of other Sierra Leoneans that were granted bail and the court assumptions of other travel documents?
*This is a calculated ploy to keep Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray in prison.*What a shame for our Judiciary of Sierra Leone.This is a new low for The Judiciary of Sierra Leone.
The Sierra Leone Judiciary is bent on sabotaging President Maada Bio and the Government. President Maada Bio and the Government will continue to look bad and will get all the blame for keeping Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray in Prison without bail.~
