Western Area = 2

  • Cumulative confirmed cases = 2,604 as follows:

Kailahun = 533, Kenema = 431, Kono =29

Bombali = 333, Kambia = 22, Koinadugu =0, Port Loko = 350, Tonkolili = 114

Bo = 119, Bonthe = 1, Moyamba = 72, Pujehun = 24

 

Western Area = 577

 

 

  • CUMULATIVE DEATHS

 

  • Total cumulative confirmed death is 713

 

  • Probable cases = 37
  • Probable deaths = 142
  • Suspected cases = 320

IMPORTANT NOTE!

 

Koinadugu still remains the only district that has not registered confirmed cases of Ebola in Sierra Leone

 

The Low result reported today is encouraging and it our hope that it will continue in that manner. It is however, no indication that the situation is stabilized, which means everyone should continue to follow the precautionary measures advised by the Ministry of Health and Sanitation and its partners to stop the spread of the disease.
