IS PRESIDENT BIO THE SIERRA LEONE CURRENT ISSUES?

By S I Koroma

My fellow Sierra Leonean from all tribes, we are Sierra Leoneans that share Sierra Leone in common. I am very proud to be a Sierra Leonean just like you do. Let’s make Sierra Leone a great place to live. There is no option to Unity, Freedom and Justice.

We must not trade peace for unrest. We must give peace a chance. No Sierra Leonean should embrace corruption. Corruption is worst than Coronavirus. Let’s fight corruption genuinely and with all our hearts. The past two years and now have been the worst for political drama in our country’s political history. It is disgraceful and shameful. We must return our country to the peaceful state before the past two years. In Peace, we can do mighty things. In Peace, we can develop Mama Salone!

There is not a day I can think of unrest taking the place of peaceful resolution. I think confidence is eroding from our current leadership. Why ?My thoughts; I strongly believe President Maada Bio is the Sierra Leone current issues at the moment. The following is why I think president Bio is the Sierra Leone current issues; The level of transparency and accountability required from President Bio is not what the people of Sierra Leone are getting at the moment. For example, details of the president’s trips in and out of Sierra Leone and hiding of his assets declaration.

I believe President Bio lacks adequate political goodwill and sincerity. For example; president Bio association with past coups in Sierra Leone and not addressing the issues relating to the accusations of his government operating on tribal lines. I believe President Bio is shying away from the people he governs. President Bio is very slow in addressing the public on current issues.

President Bio, the Sierra Leone constitution is the law of the land. Let the constitution be our guiding documents. Let’s us explore what will promote Unity, Freedom and Justice. Do you think president Bio needs to take anger management courses? I hope not! We are the people, let’s us live has one. I love Mama Salone! My Salone brother in this photo Umaru Fofana is the exponent on the TRC quotes. Mr. Fofana has been shying away from the TRC quotes for a while now.
