Fake Journalist Asmaa James Uses Police Connections to Arrest Ex-Lover Rapper L.A.J

One of Sierra Leone’s most popular musicians has been arrested engineered by a fake journalist Asmaa James by using police connections.
The rapper and singer, popularly known as L.A.J, is behind bars at the notorious Pademba Road Prison in Freetown because the fake journalist one Asmaa James is on a revenge mission to punish her former toyboy L.A.J whose real name is Alhaji Amadu Bah aka Boss L.A.J. The fake broadcaster Asmaa James is using her SLPP government connections in the Sierra Leone police force to persecute an innocent citizen for personal satisfaction and unnecessary vengeance. Asmaa James, a Manager of the 98.1 FM Radio Democracy in Freetown, is believed to be in this vengeful mood because L.A.J had dumped the alleged predator lover a long time ago. Allegations of pedophilia are being bandied around by people who know Asmaa James. One Sierra Leone female social media activist accused Asmaa James of not only preying on young boys but is also known for her promiscuity. On the arrest and detention of L.A.J, this latest matter emanated recently when L.A.J insulted Asmaa James on social media last week, a situation that has generated divided opinions about the incident, which some citizens have dubbed as a “non-issue”. But Asmaa James did not take it easy as she did not see it as a “non-issue”. She used her police connections to teach her former toyboy a lesson he would not forget. L.A.J started getting threats from sympathisers of Asmaa James and was forced to apologise. And L.A.J after realising that he had made a mistake by insulting Asmaa James, immediately sent his apology and regret. As every right-thinking individual would do in such a scenario, L.A.J went on publicly to say sorry to Asmaa James from the bottom of his mind. However, Asmaa James and her SLPP caboodle had other evil ideas for LAJ. She did not only refuse to accept L.A.J’s apology in good faith, but Asmaa James also contacted the Inspector General of Police Ambrose Michael Sovulla to use his office to punish the singer.
Keen observers suddenly came to the stark realisation that L.A.J is in serious trouble with the violent-oriented SLPP government of President Julius Maada Bio. What the Police Chief Sovulla did next was shocking, to say the least. He declared L.A.J a wanted man and worst of all the Police Chief placed a five million Leones price tag on the rapper’s head for any information leading to his arrest. L.A.J is a man who never hides. He was shocked to hear his name on national radio and in newspapers calling for his head as a wanted man. Let me digress a bit here. Asmaa James, the fake broadcaster works for FM98.1 Radio Democracy. A word of caution for readers to know little about this radio called Radio Democracy. The name ‘Radio Democracy’ is a camouflage to fool the audience especially young listeners who do not know its dark, barbaric and undemocratic origin. There is nothing democratic about 98.1FM Radio. 98.1 FM Radio Democracy was born out of the ashes of the SLPP/RUF rebel war they launched in the mid-90s to propagate mayhem and murder against other Sierra Leoneans and the APC government in particular. The evil radio became prominent during the military interregnum when the APRC junta of Major Johnny Paul Koroma ousted President Ahmad Tejan Kabbah’s SLPP government in 1997. (L.A.J is being punished for nothing).
Backed by the SLPP Kamajor cannibals, the 98.1 FM Radio Democracy used secret broadcasts to advocate for the return of President Kabbah and they did it callously and inhumanely by targeting everyone who preached for peaceful dialogue to end the conflict. Anyone who did not support military intervention to remove the AFRC junta was labelled as a “Collaborator”. As a consequence, thousands of innocent Sierra Leoneans were murdered by SLPP cannibals called Kamajors. And ECOMOG soldiers too, fell hook, line, and sinker for the 98.1 broadcasters like the infamous Dr Julius Spencer and one idiot called Alie Bangura whose naming calling of targeted citizens on the radio led to the untimely deaths of many like Sheikh Mustaba, like Mr Sakoma, and countless others who were burned alive in Freetown and nationwide in 1998. This is the same 98.1 Radio Democracy that this fake journalist called Asmaa James is proud of today and who is using the same evil tactics of the past to target innocent people like L.A.J.
It was, therefore, no surprise that Sierra Leone’s most popular social media activist and broadcaster Adebayor, whose real name is Will Kamara, blasted Julius Spencer for coming on 98.1 FM Radio recently to talk about L.A.J. Julius Spencer said L.A.J did the right thing to apologise but he added that LAJ should be punished furthermore. This statement by Spencer did not only anger many Sierra Leoneans but is particularly angered Adebayor who did not hold back. Adebayor disclosed that Julius Spencer is supporting Asmaa James because both of them were and are still lovers. “I feel sorry for Asmaa James’ husband because Julius Spencer is still having a sexual relationship with Asmaa James. She is a prostitute of the highest degree,” the vibrant Adebayor said in his latest audio from his base in Holland. There are many citizens who feel the same about the fake journalist called Asmaa James.
Back to the L.A.J saga, the action of the Police Chief against the rapper has appalled many Sierra Leoneans who thought the placing of the price tag on L.A.J is unwarranted and an attempt by Asmaa James and her cohorts to not only punish the singer but their actions so far is indicative of their intention to even kill the rapper. And considering the not too recent past when L.A.J had been targeted by SLPP government thugs, this latest action by Asmaa James and the Police Chief has sent shivers down the spines of most Sierra Leoneans for the safety of the singer in prison. One of Sierra Leone’s most active social media activists called DJ Million did not hide his thoughts. He blasted: I am surprised at the police action and price tag. I do not support what L.A.J did to insult Asmaa James but for God’s sake, L.A.J has apologised publicly. I think that should be enough to move on.” (Photo: Police boss Sovulla. “How many times have we not experienced people insulting each other without police intervention? Where were the police and Asmaa James when innocent citizens were murdered at Pademba Road Prison, in Makeni, in Thonko Limba, in Lunsar, at Mile 91? What did the police and Asmaa James, who called herself a Civil Society Organiser, do? No one has been indicted for these crimes. None,” DJ Million noted. Also, the firebrand Adebayor did not hold back as usual. Adebayor bombarded: “What kind of nonsense is this? I feel sorry for L.A.J who has apologised for insulting Asmaa James. I suspect that L.A.J has been forced to make an apology. The way he was talking, showed that L.A.J had been threatened to say sorry for fear of his life. Adebayor did not stop there. He unleashed unimaginable insults at Asmaa James and her generation and all the people behind the persecution and detention of the innocent rapper L.A.J.”
The fake journalist Asmaa James is still using her affiliations with the corrupt Sierra Leone Police to pursue L.A.J despite his public apology. Reports say Asmaa James was so embarrassed by the insults that she blackmailed L.A.J to apologise publicly or face the consequences. Today, fans of L.A.J have concluded that the Asmaa James episode has turned into a political witch hunt. Politically motivated cases against L.A.J have been executed many times before. The threat to L.A.J’s life is not uncommon under President Bio’s barbaric regime. L.A.J was badly wounded in May this year by SLPP government thugs who had threatened to kill him in broad daylight. He was attacked after he publicly expressed his opinion on the current abysmal situation in the country, especially against the corrupt First Lady Fatima Jabbe Bio.
