He is preceded in death by his wife , the late Mabel Adama Kebbie., and is survived by his wife, Bailahun Kebbie ; his children Giipen, Giikah, Giileh, Hindo, Hindolo, Giivuii, Brymay, and Brylahun; step children, Lucy, Hawa, and Fatu; nineteen (19) grandchildren both at home and abroad, many nieces and nephews including Dr. Atiba Kebbie, Sulaiman Kebbie, Lucia Sheku and Samuel Kpanako, step mother in the USA, Haja Mamie Kawa Kebbie . Fifteen brothers and sisters both at home and abroad, including Siaffa Kebbie, Paramount Chief B.V.S. Kebbie the third of Sahn Malen Chiefdom, Florence Kanneh, Lango Kebbie and Mbalu Kebbie in the U.S.
The Kebbie, Foh, Kaikai, Rogers, Musa, Scholz, Will, Conteh, Bangura, Bin-Turay, Jaward, Benjamin, Hinga, Smith, Jalloh, Koker, Vandy, Kawas, and Sowah families, both home and abroad.

We announce the forty days ceremony of Lawyer Bryma Vaapen Senssee Kebbie, who passed away on Jan 2, 2016. He was the first son of the late Paramount Chief Brima Victor Sulaiman Kpunyeh Kebbie and Nelly Kebbie (nee Rogers) of Sahn Malen Chiefdom, Pujehun District. He was born in Sahn Malen Chiefdom on August 15, 1945, and he attended the St. Pauls Primary School before proceeding to the Evangelical United Brethren at Rotifunk.
In his early years he grew up under the care of the Late Honoria Bailor in the region of Shenge. She was tasked by his father to take good care of him, from which point he transitioned to the prestigious Albert Academy and became a part of the household of the late Max Bailor. He attended the Durham University, now known as Fourah Bay College (Athens of West Africa) in 1968
He met the love of his life, Mabel Adama Kebbie (nee Bangura) in 1971 and they got married on Feb 14, 1973. He married a woman who he knew would help him raise multiple children, and together they raised 10. Lucy, Hawa, Giipen, Fatu, Giikah, Giileh, Hindo, Hindolo, Giivuii, and Brymay, and grand son Prince Sharkah. Together they took care of multiple children of both family members and non family members and even the friends of their children whom they took as their own.
At the time of his death he was the Human Rights Commissioner of the Southern Region of Sierra Leone, http://hrcsl.org/content/bryma-vaapen-senssee-kebbie. He was a distinguished man with high moral standards which he took into the legal practice. He was called to the Bar by the Honorable Society of Gray’s Inn in July, 1982, followed by a private legal practice commonly known as Malen Boy Chambers in Sierra Leone, until he was appointed Deputy Foreign Minister (1996-1998) and later transferred to the Ministry of Justice as Deputy Minister (1998-1999). He further took up appointment as Director of Public Prosecution – DPP (1999-2004). He was also the Consultant Director of Public Prosecutions in the Commonwealth of Dominica under the auspices of the Commonwealth Secretariat in London (2005-2007).
He is survived by his wife, Bailahun Kebbie, his children Giipen, Giikah, Giileh, Hindo, Hindolo, Giivuii, Brymay, and Brylahun; step children, Lucy, Hawa, and Fatu; nineteen (19) grandchildren both at home and abroad. , many nieces and nephews including Dr. Atiba Kebbie, Sulaiman Kebbie, Lucia Sheku and Samuel Kpanako, step mother in the USA, Haja Mamie Kawa Kebbie ; fifteen brothers and sisters both at home and abroad,including Siaffa Kebbie, Paramount Chief B.V.S.
