Sierra Leone’s political parties, the military and police and Elections Commission have received a stern warning from the African Union ( AU) and the Economic Community of African States ( ECOWAS ) ahead of crucial presidential, parliamentary and council elections in the country tomorrow.
The warning comes amidst rising tension in the country and reported acts of violence and intimidation against opposition supporters in the Southeastern strongholds and the capital, Freetown.
