APC Agents Allegedly Evacuated From Pujehun Over Attack by SLPP Thugs.

The agents of Sierra Leone’s opposition All People’s Congress (APC) have been evacuated from Pujehun District in the Southern Province of Sierra Leone over alleged attacks by thugs believed to be members of the Sierra Leone People’s Party.
Dr Richard Conteh, a former flagbearer aspirant and party leader of APC shared the development in a tweet on Friday, hours before the election.
According to Conteh, the elections in that district must either be canceled or re-run on a later date.
“The Security Forces have evacuated the APC Agents from Pujehun this evening because they believe it is not safe for them to stay there since SLPP thugs have gone on the rampage in the district. The elections in that district MUST either be cancelled or re-run on a later date.”
