While Sierra Leone is transfixed with tension as the nation awaits the results of yesterday’s elections, the opposition All People’s Congress ( APC ) has been hit by yet another bereavement with the passing away of Lawyer Eddie Turay .
Mr. Turay who served as party leader after the tumultuous days following the 1992 military coup that overthrew the APC was also Sierra Leone’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom during the President Ernest Koroma government ( 2007- 2018 ).
