While Sierra Leone is transfixed with tension as the nation awaits the results of yesterdayโs elections, the opposition All Peopleโs Congress ( APC ) has been hit by yet another bereavement with the passing away of Lawyer Eddie Turay .
Mr. Turay who served as party leader after the tumultuous days following the 1992 military coup that overthrew the APC was also Sierra Leoneโs ย High Commissioner to the United Kingdom during the President Ernest Koroma government ( 2007- 2018 ย ).
