The Diaspora Focus in London has given an award to the Minister of Information and Communications Hon. Alpha Sahid Bakar Kanu. Mr. Kanu won the Humanitarian Award for his contribution to the fight against the deadly Ebola Virus Disease.
Hon. Alpha Kanu constructed the Ebola Treatment center and Ebola Holding center in Port Loko District.
