Mohamed Mansaray, alais Blacker, the mentally-challengedย man who was arrested and detained at Pademba Road Prisons for allegedly insulting President Maada Bio has been granted bail, COCORIOKOย has learnt. He had difficulties being bailed because nobody was willing to be a surety for him because of his mental situation.
Blacker however told the court that he will turn up for his trial, which has been slated for May 9, 2022 . Holding his mouth as seen in the photo, he promised not to talk again against the Bio government.
Mohamed Mansarayย has been released on Le3 million (US$300) bail on his second appearance in court.
He was arrested and charged to court on allegations of insulting President Bio.

Allah that created us does not hold the mentally challenged for failing to obey Him. He does not oblige the mentally challenged to worship Him like the rest of us. When ‘sane’ men quarrel with the insane, one must question who’s more insane.
Our Precious President, an egocentric, came to power through democratic means, yet he’s now going all out to stifle any voice of dissent against his autocratic regime.
