SLPP- Wuteh-teh Translates into a parody of Disgrace, Disenchantment and Disservice

The colossal failures of the debacle SLPP Tejan led leadership is being manifested in every sphere of life in that beleaguered party and the nation that that failed leadership continue to mismanage. From the National boundary crisis with bed ridden Lansana Conteh to the silly high-fives in kailahun for the misplaced cell phone priority. From the Yassaneh chloroform judiciary miscarriage to the ?Bobson Sesay ?Project fast track’ impulse solution. Not even the pseudo Russian rail way nonsense election campaign cha cha to the ?very hungry’ come Tejan’s 2007 food insufficiency could be saved from the rebounds of the systemic conundrum of failures of his regime. All hell is loosing, and the runaway horse is flying high over the Bintumani cascading the running mate brouhaha in the SLPP.

Wuteh-teh, the SLPP’s slogan initially adopted for winning elections, (though much of that phrase really meant much more than the ordinary sierra Leonean could grasp) has gone over drive. Everything about Solo and his boss is wuteh-teh. A wuteh-teh corruption , wuteh-teh ?chop-chop’, wuteh-teh Guinean grabbing the north/eastern extreme of the country, wuteh-teh ministerial palace constructions, wuteh-teh grabbing of government lands by the powers that be under pseudonyms, wuteh-teh school charges in the name of ?free education’, and a wuteh-teh no lungi bridge. Thanks God the parody of the Wuteh-teh slogan is now roosting at home. Everything about kabbah/Solo, led leadership is a wuteh-teh failure.

Tejan is a joke, and Berewah thinks he is going to APC us into submission. Oh! No! Not again, not this or any other time.

The yenga issue has been on the radar more than five years now and our leaders seemed completely impotent to even mention it in their so called ?election year’ hinterland fly over tours. I wish Ngor Gbenda could just shut up rather than telling us those lies about his government’s engagement with the Guinean authorities on the issue.

Our national security is at its worst peril and, of course, Momodu does not even know where to start. Kabbah on his part is caught between the rock and the hard place hence he had long resigned to spend the rest of his remaining years on this hot planet in Conakry. Therefore, he apparently cannot bite the finger that may feed him or, rightly so, he is excessively cautious not to burn his bridges. Therefore, our claim of right to yenga and other places of similar interest should remain in the back burner until 2007. What a ?mumu’ presidency.

As the Ghadaffi issue so is the Guinea situation. Ngor Tejan cannot afford to take it to the pedestal that would warrant the required urgency the boundary wahala requires in the international community for fear of being highjacked by Conteh’s cabal, as was the case with Shaki and his so-called Las Palmas squander-gate melodrama. You all see how unpatriotic Tejan is. If Kabbah cannot even honestly public on the matter besides lambasting the few who dare talk and taunt him about the exigency and complex political implications coupled with his morbid silence on such a national priority ,then why should we continue to cash his expense cheques? He claimed ,as usual, that some ?disgruntled elements ? were blowing the matter out of proportion for personal gains- what gains besides the nationalistic feeling and our patriotic sentiments on the matter ,something ngor Tejan cannot honestly articulate. Implicitly such actions only confirm how wretched that cabal of kabbah is destroying everything to the wuteh-wuteh level. By the way, did Tejan hear Ghadaffi’s recent press statement on Ghangay’s trial? I think Tejan needs to be tried for derogation of duty, principal being the failure to defend and uphold our constitution including his deliberate failure, if not a refusal to protect our national sovereignty by allowing the Guineans to harass our people for such a long time.  Just how long will our sisters, brothers, uncles, aunts, fathers and mothers can be displaced, lands seized, crops confiscated by the Guineans without a robust diplomatic confrontation.

Annoyingly so, the Western world seems less interested hence much of what Momodu and his two fat bosses have been doing is paying homage to the Iranians and other Arab buffoons who cannot even effectively aide the Palestinians least a poor black Islamic nation like ngor Tejan’s. Nevertheless, with the man and his unsellable Berewah at the doorstep ready to walk the famous walk of shame into political oblivion all they could do now is to ensure that our already needy situation becomes another emergency. No one seemed ready to robustly face the ailing Guinean leader- Conteh. And  the danger about it is  that the longer it takes to make the Guinean authorities understand and accept the reality that patriotic Sierra Leoneans will not standby to see their country physically hacked to death by a surrogate poppy calling himself president in Conakry the more complex and delicate it becomes. We are no hawks, but the only thing known knowns of famous world leaders and proud nations ever fought and died for was the defense of national sovereignty. Why do you think the State of Israel is so robust in defending its borders to the extent of creating (even though dangerously contentions) a vast security corridor hemming the Palestinians into wedges both in Gaza and the West Bank.  It is apparent that by the time Tejan abscond from power, much of the kambia, kono and Kailaihun fringes of our landmarks will be under solid Guinean control.

Therefore, as less important as our sovereignty is to Solo and his men, we should consider it a national emergency.   It is no hidden fact that had the border issue being a trainload of our donor development funds, the wuteh-teh thieving and treasury-draining cabal of our national leadership would have undoubtedly won the race.

I humbly, but deliberately refused to reply my brother Foday on his recent piece at Cocorioko regarding Charles Margai’s race to the State House. Unless,( as Foday has proven) his cabal of SLPP band of  undemocratic illusionists consider Sierra Loya as a personal property or fiefdom where we all should remain abnormally loyal, and accept to remain as stooges until the rest of their chain of anointed hierarchy members of the party’s politburo evaporates, nothing, and nothing else should matter  . Foday you mean political power should become the privilege of the very few- the Kingmakers. I know Charles to have been in politics as long as the 70’s and Berewah as early as 1994/95. Can you deny that, or unless, If solo would probably ruminate in his NDP days.

Kabbah and Berewah are charismatic liars. Impunity is no longer a better description of their compulsive ineptitude to lead the nation. The kahlow khalow Russian railway ploy is not only silly, but also a typical wuteh-teh ploy in a standard form. At least my memory can still recall the Indians being involved with the same election cha cha the Russians have been hired to do as early as TJ’s return to power. Initially I was tempted to give Tejan and his men the benefit of the doubt, but knowing what I know about this cash-and-carry gang, I am of the strongest opinion that the entire Russian feasibility episode is an election lie-lie. So please do not even dream of it unless the entire leadership changes baton in 2007. I hope that by November or early next year, another electioneering gimmick involving either the Chinese or the Iranians will be in to deal a progressive blow to the Kaffu Bullom Freetown/Lungi Bridge.

When I heard the VP beating up his wrecked chest about the kailahun cell phone inauguration, I convulsed for the entire day. Laughing my heart out was an understatement. You mean as educated as Solo B. is, and with all his flatulent fattening salary and official emoluments ,he could not discern  the wider  sustainable development opportunities land phone can generate compare to the very limited institutional development the cell/mobile phones brings.  Cell/mobile phones are like extractive industries.

I read a well sourced pieced today at the Freetown concord by Eddie and who knows how soon Solo and tejan will call God to return, if not resurrect Saybanah Sankoh to come and join forces with dead beaten SLPP in the party’s dire need to win elections.  In fact from what I see, the issue really is not merely winning the elections, and if anyone else, but Charles Margai should not win over Berewah. What a pity.

Again comparing the achievements of Abass Bundu’s APC to Kabbah is a travesty to the highest.  Besides the ?peace deal’ Ahmed claims he showered us, and, the redeployment of our meager financial resources by himself and his cabal of ?impunity looters’, nothing more ,but an ever growing nation of unemployed hungry youths ,limited transportation facilities as a result of terrible road conditions or, in most places, no road at all, coupled with the ever growing desire of himself and his men to finally dry the well ,bundle all the ?later day thieves’  such as Abass, kanji and the rest of the gravy seekers into the  bandwagon. Well, though SLPP insiders view such a drive as a marriage of convenience for Berewah to win, knowing very well that if ever he wins, Leigh and others will be booted out faster than JBD was thrown out of his treasury offices after makeni. I thought ngor John knew better. However, by now most of us know that this is not Berewah’s time and please, solo do not push to push into the ocean.  Probably the next thing Tejan’s fans could claim to his credit is the wrecking of the nations primary telephone institution- SIERRATEL.

Anyway let the wuteh-the syndrome reign and ?we dae inside’
