WAS U.S. AMBASSADOR HUNT IN THE TOWN HALL MEETING WHEN A WOMAN WAS BEING DISGRACED FOR ASKING A QUESTION ?

By Kabs Kanu

Was the talkertive U.S Ambassador Bryan Hunt in the hall when the rude SLPP Information Minister C. Bah verbally abused and humiliated a woman for simply asking the President a question about the high price of food in the town hall meeting ? The woman was even hassled and later walked out of the meeting, we are told.

Was the purpose of the town meeting not to give citizens the opportunity to ask their President questions on how he was ruling the country ? What did the woman do wrong ?

Wait and see : In December , this Ambassador and the criminal United States Millennium Challenge Corporation ( MCC ) will assert that President Bio and SLPP are adhering to democracy and free speech in Sierra Leone. MCC will give him high grades for respecting citizens’ views and this ambassador will shamelessly walk to State House to deliver Bio the “good news “.

I said it and it is now happening . This U.S. Ambassador and their shameful MCC have given President Bio and some of his Ministers carte blanche to act with more impunity, pompousity, arrogance and insensitivity to the feelings of Sierra Leoneans . Una watch how Bio dey kirk now wey e dey Waka. E don become more pompous and arrogant.

Now, Bio has traveled to France to watch the opening of the Olympic Games ( while heavy flooding and landslides are threatening to wash the city of Freetown into the sea) .He traveled with a private plane and a big delegation, after further Mende- nizing his government today with about 16 more tribal and girlfriend appointments. Lek say den sweh we country.

But God in Heaven is watching. Presidents Doe , Ghaddafi , Sadam Hussein, Mobutu and others…..Where are they ? God will redeem Sierra Leone one day.
