An illiterate man serving Maada Bio as Resident Minister, North, Abu Abu, has just uttered dangerous, incendiary and privocative statements against the Temnes in Sierra Leone. If people take his statements to heart and act upon them, it is chaos in Sierra Leone.
This is very unbecoming of a minister of the government. He should be putting people together, not deliberately nciting them against the other.
President Bio once suspended him for mocking and threatening the same people after government troops killed their children in Makeni for demonstrating over the removal of a generator from the town by the government. We thought Abu Abu learnt a lesson from his suspension by President Bio but his bigoted utterances show that he has learnt nothing.
Bio must arrest Abu Abu for provoking bitterness between our two major ethnic groups. We do not need that now. We have too many problems to handle.
What an uncouth and illiterate man is doing in the government as minister is even puzzling. A government once touted for recruiting some of the most educated minds in the country , though many have not performed to expectation, should not be seen having an illiterate bushman as minister when multitudes of learned men and women with the right minds are walking with bent shoes all day looking for jobs.
Abu Abu is an animal, a beast without nature. He is a danger not only to the public but even the very government. With his untamed illiterate mentality, he will turn against the very SLPP one day and only God knows what he will do to harm the cause of the President.
ILLITERACY is not a crime. Not everybody was privileged to go to school. Most of our illiterate compatriots are some of the most useful and productive citizens in the country. They are not only hardworking and progressive ; they are the most resilient, courageous and patriotic under the brutal and nasty economic situation in Sierra Leone. They do not cause or look for trouble . They go about their business peacefully. Even when this government continually provokes them, they do not react.
But a man like Abu Abu ( Who is not only illiterate but crude and untouched by civilization ) is using his illiteracy to bring governance to disrepute and endanger the lives of innocent sons and daughters of the land, while the eternally uncaring President, who might even be the one indulging him, is sitting down and saying or doing nothing.
I call on all my Temne brothers and sisters to ignore Abu Abu and just know that he is an illiterate, uncivilized loose cannon who finds himself in the right place, albeit a minister in a barbarous government that does not care for civility or fine fellowship. Temnes are one of the most productive citizens of our country. Without Temne sweat, Sierra Leone would have perished out of existence long ago.Temne blood and sweat made our country survive and overcome colonialism. What an animal like Abu Abu says does not define our gallant Temne people.
We hope President Bio will remove this plague in the land. He is not fit to be among good people.

Abu Abu hmmmmm, such out burst has no place in this 21st century. I think this is the time for reasonable members of the Slpp party and even Maada Bio to distance himself from such disturbing messages of hate which has the propensity to cause political tensions and division in the country. We are talking about peace and Unity as a nation, š¤ but we condone and keep tight lips from a minister within this administration to utter such words against a tribe that he purportedly belongs to. When supporters and members of this administration will stand up and condemn such act in order to recandle our democracy for the foreseeable future ???. If the Bio Administration is really serious about peace and unity in the country, let Maada Bio act like a leader and dismiss Abu Abu from he’s position as a Resident minister and replace him with someone else. This will throw a spinna in the spine and minds of order ministers as a warning ā ļø that, he maada Bio is really ready to amend his mistakes and put country interest above all else, actions of a leader no that of a ruller. I rest my case. Gen K š š š š š
