The ruling All People’s Congress (APC ) yesterday lost one of its strongmen in Kono. Mr. Khalil Ali, popularly known as Ali Baylay Baylay of Old Yengema Road, Koidu, ย passed away in Kono last night.
May his soul rest in peace.
