Mohamed Mansaray, alais Blacker, the mentally-challenged man who was arrested and detained at Pademba Road Prisons for allegedly insulting President Maada Bio has been granted bail, COCORIOKO has learnt. He had difficulties being bailed because nobody was willing to be a surety for him because of his mental situation.
Blacker however told the court that he will turn up for his trial, which has been slated for May 9, 2022 . Holding his mouth as seen in the photo, he promised not to talk again against the Bio government.
Mohamed Mansaray has been released on Le3 million (US$300) bail on his second appearance in court.
He was arrested and charged to court on allegations of insulting President Bio.

Allah that created us does not hold the mentally challenged for failing to obey Him. He does not oblige the mentally challenged to worship Him like the rest of us.
