Sierra Leone’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States, H.E. Bockarie Kortu Stevens, has just broken this good news to COCORIOKO.
The Board of Directors of the Millennium Challenge Corporation ( MCC ) at a regular meeting this morning has approved and advanced the MCC Threshold Program for Sierra Leone.
Allocated amount for this program is $ 44.4 million and will focus mainly on capacity building in the electricity and water management sectors , with the main focus on Freetown.
