President Bio’s corruption and double standards are now being highlighted by Sierra Leoneans

Okay so I’m reading through some of the comments regarding the Salone Transition Report and saw this dropped in a few comments. Apparently this is money Maada Bio took and put in a Channel Islands account when he was president the first time. There is also all sorts of claims about other monies he took and put in various other places. Now I don’t know if there is truth to this or not but what I am generally reading through affirms my assertion that there is a gross culture of corrutption in that country. Most of the dialogue is about how greedy and corrupt all of our politicians are from jump.

Lol, I mean Salone has ranked pretty high as one of the most corrupt places on the Transnational Corrutpion Index for quite some time now. My personal point of view is the whole society is tainted from private sector to public sector to the houseboy, etc. It’s a place most people can’t even trust their own family members with money to do the right thing (we have all heard the stories) so all I want to know is what is going to be done moving forward to “change the culture of corruption” because 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
