SLPP DOES NOT BELIEVE IN THE CONCEPT OF ONE NATION, ONE COUNTRY

The fundamental premise on which SLPP politics is built is that whenever they are in power, they must promote tribal hegemony and set back progress in the North and the West. They do not believe in national cohesion and national development.
The SLPP does not believe that Sierra Leoneans are one people who share common customs, origins, history, language; and a common nationality. They only believe in a Sierra Leone inhabited and controlled by Mendes. Also, all the SLPP believe in is imposing their Mende tribe on the nation, appointing only Mendes in government and quasi-government positions and excluding other tribes.
Since they came to power in 2018, SLPP have systematically changed the tribal complexion of government, our ministries, departments and Agencies . They have systematically removed citizens belonging to other tribes and appointed Mendes in government, ministries , departments and agencies. Today, if you are not a Mende, you are not appointed or allowed to hold any position of trust in the country.
President Bio is the most tribalistic head of state Sierra Leone has ever had in history. President Bio hates Temnes, Creoles, Lokkos, Limbas Kurankos etc. He stigmatized them during the third anniversary of his rule when he told a TV station that he only understands the work ethics of his Mende tribesmen which is why they are the only people he employs.
This is a very dangerous precedent that President Bio has set. What it means is that the next president of Sierra Leone, if he comes from the opposition, has a monumental task before him. If his government must function smoothly without being deliberately sabotaged, he had to purge the whole nation. He will have to remove all the Mendes President Bio has criminally and tribalistically pitchforked in all positions of trust and create a tribal balance by appointing citizens based on qualifications and not tribe or region. If he refuses to do that he will have very serious loyalty and governance issues because the Mendes will do everything to sabotage his government.
President Bio is also creating the recipe for tribal war in Sierra Leone, of the kind seen only in Liberia, Rwanda and DR Congo . President Bio has always been a very dangerous man, rightfully nicknamed Public Enemy No. 1 by sections of the media.
It takes somebody with a demonic mindset and a devilish agenda to practice the kind of tribalism we have seen from President Bio.
