We regret to announce the passing of George Samuel Patrick Wilson at the Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Rockville, Maryland USA on August 2, 2014. Samuel as he was commonly known to many was the son of George Wilson Sr. and Admire Smith of Clarence Street, Freetown, Sierra Leone, West Africa. He was one of six children. Two brothers who preceded him at death and three sisters namely Mrs. Theresa Jarrett and, Mrs. Comfort Hussey of Florida, and Victoria Johnson (Waterloo, Sierra Leone)
Homegoing Service will be at the Episcopal Church of Our Savior, 1700 Powder Mill Road, Silver Spring, Maryland on Saturday August 23, 2014. Viewing will be from 9:00am- !0:30am and Communion Service from 11:00 am. Samuel is survived by his spouse Patricia Elizabeth Wilson (Akpan), Samuela Macauley and Samuel Wilson in Freetown Sierra Leone; Patrick, Junette and Lisa Wilson here in the United States. He was 56 years old. May his soul rest in Peace.
