Did I hear President Bio say he has fulfilled all his agenda promises and whatever he accomplishes now is a bonus ?
Again, do you guys see what I am saying ? How can a whole human being who is a failure in life and power except for the thieving he has committed, calling himself president also, make such a false and provocative statement ? It is because he is not being sufficiently and effectively challenged . The whole country had become impotent during his rule.
The media is impotent and unable to take the president to task . Most of the editors and publishers are Mendes so the whole media architecture is impotent and crippled . They will never challenge their tribal overlord . The president will say anything and get away with it. He will do anything and get away with it. Imagine if President Koroma had made such a statement during his tenure ? The Mende media would have slaughtered him. APC , we really went to sleep in Sierra Leone and we are paying the price now. Where were we ? We sat down and let the Mendes take over and control even the media .
Civil society is also crippled and impotent . They too lack the testicular panache to take the president to task for such lies and deceit . Why ? Because every civil society group is headed by a Southeasterner. Again, another area where we went to sleep . We have civil society groups but they are all mendenized . They were active when the APC was in power but today they are silent and dishonest . Nar Mende government dey nar power .
The opposition is also presently crippled by infighting, treachery by its own sick people and apostles , hypocrisy and betrayal by former officials who benefited from the president’s kindness and government – machinated court cases and anti-corruption blackmail . No opposition leader took the president to task for such lies. Imagine if President Weah in neighboring Liberia made such a statement ? He would be literally lynched .
The ordinary man in the street is engrossed with daily hassles of survival . He has been castrated by the extreme hardship and “sufferness “ in the country . He does not care . Once he is able to make his pot boil.
The international community know that the president is dishonest and uncommitted to anything serious but since their vital interests are not presently being threatened , they just wink over it , look the other way and ride on.
Bio , the worst president ever in Africa South of the Sahara, says he has fulfilled all his campaign promises and anything he does now is bonus . Everybody knows it is a blatant lie from the depth of Hell . But who will make the president pay for such petulance and dishonesty ? Who will teach him a lesson for such deceitful and criminal claims ?
