Sierra Leoneans accuse President Bio and government of pulling off a scam in smokescreen police search of Admire Bio’s home for kush

Sierra Leoneans are  fuming on social media that President Maada Bio and his Sierra Leone People’s Party ( SLPP ) Government  pulled  off a spectacular scam on Thursday morning by announcing and  conducting a bogus  police search  on the home of the sister of the President , Mrs. Admire Bio- Jalloh, with the result coming out just as the public had predicted –No kush found.

In what the public is describing  as a  smokescreen and a scam,  the Sierra Leone Police made a public statement that day that they will be conducting a search on the home of the President’s sister. This was an unprecedented action which quickly fueled suspicions among Sierra Leoneans because Police had never announced any search for kush  before ahead of the event. Were they trying to warn Admire Bio subtly to help her clean up her act before they got there ?

Sierra Leoneans feel that Maada Bio  thinks that  he is smarter and more  intelligent than them . They quickly read through what the government was trying to do. They started conjecturing that the whole thing was stagemanaged and they predicted the outcome . It was a subtle maneuver to declare Admire Bio innocent of the allegations.

The Police was Warning the lady well ahead of time to give her the oppirtunity to get rid of all evidence of kush in her home. After sending the warning, the Police would then stage a bogus search  to fool the public that they are unbiased and committed  in their investigations of this Kush crisis .

Nobody was surprised when the Police later announced that Admire Bio’s home was searched and no evidence of her involvement with Kush was found. The Police stated that they however found a gun in the residence and that Admire Bio and her husband had been invited to the CID for questioning.

But evem the issue of the gun too drew suspicions of subterfuge . Was it planted in Admire Bio’s home  as a distraction from the real problem ( The kush )  to throw the public’s mind off the real crime, the kush ?

Sierra Leoneans have since been speculating that the  bogus search made  everybody think that Bio and his government had  something to hide in this kush epidemic For long, there have been explosive allegations in the press and social media that this  multi- billion dollar Kush business was being run by big people in the SLPP Government, with Vice – President Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh being one of the prominent names to have been mentioned persistently.
